Replaces most early style Evinrude V-4 Lower Units from 1978-1998 with a 4-1/8 bullet diameter.
Has internal Water Screens and a pointed cavitation plate at the rear.
Does not include Upper driveshaft. If your old Evinrude unit has a one piece shaft you will need to purchase an upper driveshaft.
We use the newer style stubshaft with a clip. If your Evinrude upper shaft is not the newer style you will need to replace it.
Our Evinrude unit does not include a Water Pump.
Our Johnson unit does not include the shifting shaft. You will need to install your old one and adjust it.
