Purchases made from Sterndrive Replacement are eligible for return either for exchange or refund. \u00a0This is only offered to customers who return their orders within 60 days of the date of the shipment, however the purchase must be returned in the same condition received with all parts included. \u00a0If the box has been opened a refund will only be issued upon inspection of the contents at the time Sterndrive Replacment receives the package.<\/p>\n

Exceptions to this are parts which have been previously assembled, installed or used in any way. If you receive parts which are damaged, you must document such damages with our office before actually shipping back the package. This will facilitate any refunds necessary. \u00a0All purchases of new items from Sterndrive Replacement which are returned will be refunded the net value of the purchase minus original shipping charges (which was paid to Sterndrive Replacement) and include a 10% deduction for restocking.<\/div>\n

In the event of a return you will need to obtain an authorization number through our office and mark it clearly on the package being returned. \u00a0This ensures you get the proper credit necessary. \u00a0For this authorization number please call 954-271-7183 and ask for the exact address for return department for the return.<\/div>\n

As you are responsible for the repackaging and shipping of your return items to Sterndrive Replacement, we urge you to package your merchandise properly and securely. \u00a0We also urge you to ship your package using a reputable parcel service. \u00a0Insurance with your carrier is advised to ensure the parcel is returned to us in the manner in which it was shipped. \u00a0Keep a copy of the tracking number for your records. Sterndrive Replacement is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is lost, stolen or damaged before it reaches our office.<\/div>\n
