Sterndrive Replacement offers you this Mercruiser OutDrive sterndrive alpha one generation 2 COUNTER ROTATION. The genaration II products are made in Florida, USA. Prices are the cheapest you will find on the Web. They are afftermarket Out Drives, not rebuilt parts; brand new in the box with a 3 year no fault-free warranty.

Replaces Generation II Counter Rotation only. Do not use for Standard Rotation. 

This a replacement for Mercruiser sterndrive alpha one generation II.
Comes with a 9-9/16 new style input yoke.
On all of our Out Drives Anode and install Kits are not included.

300 HP will not be covered under our warranty

This  Counter Rotation drive will come in different Ratios from 1.47 to 1.94
There are no Counter Rotation for 2.00 to 2.40 Ratio

• 1.81 Fit 4.3 L
• 1.94 Fit 3.0 L

Sei Outdrives are made with a higher grade steel pinion and spiral bevel Gears, which is why we can offer a 3-year warranty on all our Outdrives and lower units. Find out if you have a Genaration 1 or 2 outdrive.

1. On the genaration 2 the Trim Cylinders are wider apart.
2. On the genaration 2 the Trim Cylinders are held with plastic bushing, small washer and a E-Clip.
3. On the genaration 1 the Trim Cylinders are held with rubber bushing, large washer and locking nuts.
4. On the genaration 2 the to hold the upper and lower unit is bolted on.
5. On the genaration 1 the upper and lower unit use studs.
6. On the genaration 2 the water pump is steel.
7. On the genaration 1 the water pump is plastic.
8. On the genaration 2 the top cover is rectangular.
9. On the genaration 1 the top cover is square.
