Return Policy

Items purchases from Sterndrive Replacement may be returned for a refund for up to 30 days after the date of shipment. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Open items will be accepted only if all the original components are included. This policy does not apply to any item that has been assembled, installed, used or rented. Damaged or defective items must be documented as such by the returns department prior to returning to be accepted for credit. All new returns will be processed for merchandise only (net of any shipping charges paid to Sterndrive Replacement have a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.

A new return authorization number must be issued by the Returns Department and written clearly on the the packaging to ensure proper credit. To request a new return authorization and address of shipping please email or call 954-648-5544.

You are responsible for the return of the merchandise to Sterndrive Replacement. Be sure to properly package your item(s) in order to prevent damage in shipping. Sterndrive Replacement recommends using an insured carrier with a reliable tracking system to return your merchandise. Please retain the tracking number in the event of any loss or damage during shipping. Sterndrive Replacement is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit to our facility.

Please clearly mark the outside of the package with the new return authorization number and send your package to:

Please allow 48 hours upon confirmation of receipt of goods for Sterndrive Replacement personnel to process your return. The appropriate refund will be generated and returned in the same manner in which the original payment was received, normally within 5-7 business days.
